Bizarre Creations reserves the right to make subsequent changes to, modify, supplement, move or delete portions of or add to the Websites at any time with or without notice.

Protected Content

All games, titles, images, names, logos and trademarks mentioned or displayed on the Websites (including the Bizarre Creations pumpkin logo and in relation to all consoles, the manufacturers of those consoles, games and the publishers of those games which are referred to in the Websites) are protected by copyright, registered trade marks and/or unregistered trade marks which are the property of their respective owners.

Usage Restrictions

• You cannot make alterations to any content or website portions

Why We Don't Accept Ideas

Bizarre Creations has its own design process which creates many viable game ideas and therefore does not have the time or bandwidth to develop ideas from external sources. We advise budding game designers to apply as level designers first - a pure games design role is very hard to come by nowadays!

For Independent Developers

If you are determined to see your original idea as a game by selling it rather than joining a company, here are some suggestions:

• Get yourself a lawyer and/or agent and protect the idea legally
• Detail your game thoroughly - storyline, levels, characters, gameplay, weapons
• Work out all logistics - team size, timescales, platforms, costings
• Research equipment and external resources like motion capture

Commercial Use Restrictions

The Contents may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, disseminated or otherwise used for any commercial purpose in part or in whole without the prior written consent of Bizarre Creations.

Technical Restrictions

• No interference with proper website functioning
• No decompiling, disassembling or reverse engineering
• No framing of the website without written consent
• No reproduction on other websites

Content Responsibility

All posts made on the forum are public communications that express the views and opinions of their authors and not Bizarre Creations. The applicable authors shall be solely liable and responsible for all such posts.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that may:

• Be abusive, obscene, vulgar, hateful, harassing, threatening, racist, or defamatory
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations or treaties
• Infringe the rights of any third party

Moderation Rights

• Employees of Bizarre Creations and their families cannot enter
• Prizes as detailed on website, no cash alternatives
• All entries become property of Bizarre Creations
• Judges' decisions are final in all matters
• Winners' names may be published on the website

Rights & Modifications

Judges reserve the right to change rules, void competitions, and conduct tie-breakers as needed. All submitted materials become property of Bizarre Creations and may be used without permission or payment.
